Consumer Protection Law
Mr. Rosenberg was Deputy Assistant General Counsel at the Federal Trade Commission, and is experienced in dealing with a variety of consumer protection matters. While at Harvard Law School, he authored an article on "Class Actions for Consumer Protection" and has represented a number of companies in cases complex before the Federal Trade Commission. He counsels companies in proper procedures to avoid consumer protection concerns, and uses his knowledge of consumer protection law to help companies avoid complaints and problems.
