Antitrust Counseling
Mr. Rosenberg was an antitrust prosecutor at the Federal Trade Commission for a number of years, as a Senior Attorney in the Bureau of Competition. He has litigated a number of antitrust cases while in private practice and advises corporations and trade associations about antitrust matters. As a former prosecutor, he can assist companies and associations about proper procedures to avoid antitrust scrutiny and assist any entity that is being investigated by the government.
